Banks that offer Islamic banking products and services are required to establish Shari'ah advisory committees to advise them and to ensure that the operations and activities of the bank comply fully with Shari'ah principles.

IslamicFinance understands the importance of maintaining strict adherence to Shari'ah principles and it is for this reason that we have formed our own Shari'ah Advisory Committee. All products offered by IslamicFinance are approved by learned members on our Shari'ah Advisory Committee before being introduced. In addition to approving new products, the Shari'ah Advisory Committee meets on a regular basis to review all contracts and agreements relating to our transactions.

The Shari'ah Advisory Committee certifies every product made available by IslamicFinance and without their authorisation no product can be launched by us.
